Price

The MCNPowerwash.com can only discloses some of our prices for service offered on the website. Because most of our services will have a custom price due to the nature of the job requirement. When you select a service, you will be billed a one-time charge for the service you requested, unless you signed up for one of our yearly service contracts. This Service is billed annually and you will be charged yearly until the service contract is terminated.  Any addition service will be billed separately as each service is ordered by the client. Our current rates and prices listed on our website is subject to change at any time without notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

The MCNPowerwash.com is a professional Power washing and window cleaning service. This service once its performed and cannot be refunded. We Do Not offer cancellations and refunds, once the service is ordered and completed. Our goal is to offer a 100% satisfaction of the service you ordered and we will work diligently until the service is completed.

Guarantees and Warranties

Here at MCN Power Wash and Painting, we believe in providing excellent service and value our customers. We offer a great guarantee design to ensure customer satisfaction, to show that we are committed to completing each job on time and delivering great service. All work Residential or Commercial is Guaranteed for 30 days unless voided by Technician. Any Damaged Property are not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any water damage, window damage, house interior damages, house exterior damages, carpet damage, floor damage, concrete damage, fence damage, solar panel damage, cabinet damage or any other damages as a result of having the house or property power washed, painted, sealed and cleaned. We are not responsible for damage as a result of poorly install siding, brick, concreate, pvc, wood, vinyl, metal, asphalt shingle, any roofing product, solar panels, windows, carpet, any flooring, fence, cabinet or any exterior/interior finish, broken/damage deck, gutters, deterioration or bad construction job at the location where the technician is working. If our technician cannot solve a problem due to a broken exterior/interior, full collapsed concrete, walls, sidewalk, fence deck, and any area the technician is working. The job will be cancelled. Some jobs require a two-man crew, a service charge of $100 will be charge to customer. Full guarantee is only given if the job is sold at full price with taxes included. A discounted job by the Tech has no guarantees.

Service Cleaning Contract

At MCN Power Wash and Painting we offer Power Washing, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning Service contract to our valid customers. This contract will save you money and give you a yearly preventative maintenance contract. This contract is non- binding and you can cancel the contact at any time. This contract is great for customers with a trees, algae and mold problem for Residential and Commercial. Our clients can also take advantage of the service contact that includes yearly exterior power wash and window cleaning services.
